The Quiet Fracture is a meditation on the moment before collapse — the stillness that lives inside breaking. Each work in the collection draws from the same restless tension: the human face as both subject and surface, overlaid with the language of structural dissolution. Cracked earth, peeling forms, fragments of material that were once whole. The figures do not resist what is happening to them. They are turned inward, eyes closed, caught between surrender and transcendence. Inspired by the fragility beneath composure — the way identity splinters quietly under pressure, the way beauty and damage are not opposites but collaborators — The Quiet Fracture asks what remains when the surface gives way. These are not images of destruction. They are images of what endures.
